The coach I want to book has a different schedule than me, is there anything I can do?
Yes, contact the coach through KickLink messenger - there is a good chance they can accommodate! Once you figure out a time that works for both of you, the coach can either open their listing for that time or you can just book an other time that's currently available in their schedule for the purpose of purchasing the lesson.
Something came up, can I reschedule my lesson?
KickLink enables instructors to set their own cancellation, refund and reschedule policies. KickLink's fee is non-refundable and won’t be included.
I tried to book a lesson but it said the coaches payment info was not set up. What should I do?
Contact KickLink immediately and we will solve the problem.
My coach never showed, what should I do?
First contact the coach through messenger to make sure there wasn’t a time zone confusion. Then, you can either reschedule the lesson or request a refund.
What if the coach I want doesn’t have a schedule on their listing?
Message the coach through KickLink to inquire about setting up a time. Then go to their listing and press “request.”
Do transactions have to stay on KickLink even after the first lesson?
Yes, if you found the coach through KickLink, all future transactions must be paid through KickLink. Failure to do so will result in you and the coach being banned from using KickLink.
I'm thinking about booking a lesson, but I’ve never done sports martial arts before.
KickLink is designed for martial artists at all levels! We have a wide variety of coaches who can accomodate all different skillsets. In the listings their is a section that says what skill levels the coach teaches.
I want to book a lesson, but it's too expensive.
Make sure you use our price bar to filter coaches in your price range. We have premium coaches starting at $20/hr!
I can't remember my login. What should I do?
Click "forgot password" at the bottom of the login page then enter your email to reset. Be sure to check your junk mail if you don't see it within a few minutes. If you signed in with Facebook, you must use the email connected with your Facebook account. If you are still having difficulties logging in, you can contact us and we will help you log in.
What if my booking request is not accepted?
If the transaction is not accepted within 3 days or before the end date (whatever comes first), the transaction is canceled and no money is transferred.
